Selling Land On The Server
To sell land is easy, first you need ownership of your land by claiming it with a golden shovel (Corner to corner).
Once claimed you can place it for sale by placing a sign on your land and adding the following text. Don’t input the text thats coloured red.
First line: action > [sell]
Second line: amount to sell for > 50
Exit the sign and this will auto fill and be available to someone to click and buy.
Renting Land On The Server
Renting means you can get recurring income from any plot you own with out fully selling the plot. Be aware the renter can build in this are once rented.
Once claimed you can place it for rent by placing a sign on your land and adding the following text. Don’t input the text thats coloured red.
First line: action > [rent]
Second line: amount to sell for > 50
Third line: rental period > 1 week
You can add varioations such as:
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 1 week
- 2 weeks
- 12w
- 5d
Leasing Land On The Server
Leasing means that you will be selling it but in instalments. At the end of the payments the leaser will then own the property. You will need to have claimed this land first.
Once claimed you can place it for rent by placing a sign on your land and adding the following text. Don’t input the text thats coloured red.
First line: action > [lease]
Second line: amount per instalment > 20
Third line: instalments > 3
Fourth line: time between instalments > 7d
This lease will include 3 instalments of $20 with each instalment being 7 days apart.
